PayPal really dropped the ball. I ordered clothing from a website I thought was in USA then found out Chinese! The thrive Sent empty envelope weighing one ounce with tracking number. PayPal denied my case because they had valid tracking number. USPS confirmed package only weighed an ounce. Never received any clothing. SCAM.
