My previous email address was used for that transaction but not my present one on your records. You will also know by your records that my telephone number has subsequently changed. My last purchase was for around £10 for a record it has not been deleted and I have tried my levelheaded best to contact Pay Pal. via the telephone on my new telephone number they do not answer!!!!!!! I am extremely angry with this behaviour towards one of it’s customers. My telephone number is <removed>. Please make contact with me so I can file a dispute regarding this item not arriving at my address. Yours sincerely, Mr <removed> Prince.

I have a business account & have had it over 10 years. I live part of the year in USA & part in UK.
My primary account is in USD and Ive used instant transfer dozens of times to withdraw money to my USD account with my US bank.
Around January 1st my US bank disappeared & I could not re instate it. Instead They gave me the option of standard withdrawal which they charge a fee of 3%.
It is only Paypal that could have removed my US bank from instant withdrawal & I have been asking them to reinstate it for 3 weeks. They blame my US bank , but it says there is no problem receiving Paypal deposits.
This is a crazy situation & it seems no one at Paypal can simply add the US bank back to instant withdrawals. I cannot continue to use Paypal who leave me with no option other than to pay 3% on top of their normal fees for receiving money.
After using Paypal for over 10 years I am disgusted they are treating me this way.
I have spent hours on the phone & their messaging service as I have to explain it all again to people who do not understand what the problem is.
