I have been exploring the new Crypto feature of PayPal and until today, I enjoyed it.
Today I am very unhappy. Only yesterday I bought Crypto; yet today, the Crypto controls have dissapeared from the screen.
My summary shows me that I still have money in Crypto, but if I try to do anything with it I am directed to a page that asks
me to join a waiting list for Crypto to become availavle.
WHAT?!?
I hope this is a malfunction and not a decision on the part of PayPal. If it is a malfunction, then I hope it is resolved quickly.
But already I do not feel like trusting PayPal again on this. And if it is on purpose this is horriffically unacceptible.
What if a bank told you that they have decided to deny you access to your money for a while and you can sign a waiting list?
I would drop that bank like a hot potato. Fix this, PayPal! If you deny people access to their investments you will find that
you will lose a lot of customers. No time period is acceptible.
