Please help! I have ordered what was described as a 'pallet' full of mystery items. The company sent me a package, the size of my hand. It was simply a pair of earphones. I paid 26.89$ for this and the earphones are probably worth 2$. They describe that you receive items. I received one item. They describe it's mystery items with values of 150$ or more. This is not what I received. I went to the resolution center for a refund. The seller stated that I have to send the item back to get y refund and I cannot take it further with PayPal now because I can only insert shipping details. Issue with returning it is that I will pay the exact amount of the refund, if not more because it will be going from South Africa to China. What can I do?
