I have a question. Last Thursday my phone is lost in class. Then someone use my Paypal account to pay 18 orders of in-app purchased google. I have claimed with both Paypal and the App developer. The things are, Paypal only return the small-amount money of order (9E-39E), and doesnt accept the 4 large ones (99E). I know it maybe my fault also, but the way they deal with this issue is unfair. Now all order are closed. Anyone can help me?
