My account is being drained by a series of small ($24.99) withdrawals. I can find no way to stop it. I can find no way to get PayPal to send me what money is left before it's all gone.

Check if you had a subscription set up...
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

I did not have anything like a subscription or anything else that would authorize withdrawals from my account; certainly nothing like this. There were hundreds of $24.99 withdrawals. Evidently that amount is under PayPal's radar. I lost thousands of dollars. I know now I should have withdrawn funds frequently but I trusted PayPal, a costly mistake. And PayPal's attitude? "Tough luck". And I wonder how someone knows how to navigate PayPal? An ex-employee? The funds were withdrawn by someone in another country so no law enforcement recourse. Learn from my experience. Don't leave money in PayPal more than a couple of months or less. Or to be safe, don't use PayPal.
