Unauthorized withdrawal of funds into account

Hi there, yesterday when I checked PayPal there was an update that I had withdrawn funds to my account but I had never done it. I filed a claim and it was denied. I find it really shady that I get an update like that when I have never initiated any action on that front. Any idea how to deal with this? Thanks a lot!

Did you get a refund of a bank payment and it automatically withdraws back to your bank account?

Unfortunately I haven’t even received a refund on my bank statement. I checked it again right now 😞
