My son is 10 years old. He has a steam account. We purchased a few items for around 10 to 20 dollar range. We woke up to a $ 650 dollar charge for stream. Someone accessed my son's account, changed his email/log in info and spent 650 out of our paypal business account. We have funds now and have never had an issue with fraud in the almost 6 years since we opened. Steam is giving us the run around. Can't access his account or get them to refund us. Used the resolution center in PayPal and they didn't take our side either. We're long time PayPal advocates but are ready to move on if we can't resolve such a simple matter of someone obviously accessing our account. It should be as simple as looking at the ipaddress used for the transaction. Btw my son is only 10. Can someone help me? We have 4 kids under 13 and this is our Christmas money that was stolen by these people.
