Hi,today i woke up and through my ebay app i see 3 items i never purchased,so i go to paypal resolution center and report as unauthorized access in dispute.Value is 64usd...So after 2-3 hours paypal closes dispute to other party favour,and i did not get refund.Paypal is UNSAFE from my opinion,can't even talk to anyone because COVID19 thing.Shame,i will close ebay and paypal accounts...
And no response from paypal,interesting thing is that both ebay and paypal are same company and they dont even care for their customers,i lost 64usd because of their problem,error or unauthorized access PP-I-9460331
Just got reply from ebay that they acknowledge there was unauthorized access on my account,and that i contact paypal(which says it was not unauthorized access).I'm in the middle and can't help because of paypal dumb robots who are playing point n click adventures with dispute...i even got reference no. to show paypal from ebay : 1-258313526556
