Unauthorized charges

I have 2 charges in my account activity to Netflix and I do not have a Netflix account! 

I went to the resolution center and checked the 2 charges, then clicked continue.  Then I get a message that says, "

Unable to complete your request

We’re sorry, you can’t file a case on this type of transaction. Please refer to our User Agreement for more details." 

NOW I CAN'T GET A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP NEITHER BY PHONE OR CHAT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Check if you had a subscription set up...
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
