I need help i am stranded i had a friend put money on paypal for me because my purse was stolen first the put my money on hold now i have limitations the want me to send a picture of my id wich i dont have because my purse was stolen so now i cant get my money still any advise
Go to your message centre in your paypal account and use the email or live chat option if available, but sadly nothing is going to be quick at the moment.
