I have 12 unauthorized charges on my Paypal credit account all from Epoch.com. So when I call Epoch.com they say it was for a porn site called myfreecams.com. Now I know everyone is saying...I did not DO THIS!! An account was created with my email account. How easy is that. According to myfreecams user agreement, you are responsible for your account even if someone commits an act of fraud. Epoch says the same thing. That there is an account set up in my name with this email account. I asked them what is the name? Weird they cant give that info out!! Paypal claims they are a billing gateway. OK so through myfreecams, they bill Epoch.co which in turn bills Paypal credit? HUH?
Where is the fraud protection? Paypal won't help me or issue a refund. I AM NOT PAYING FOR THIS! However Paypal had the authority to cancel my said membership with Epoch. What? When did I authorize this, and how did I get a membership? How did you know about the membership, but I did't?
Anyone know what to do here? A little help would be great!
