Hi,
I recently had an account limitation placed on my account. Sadly, I don't have documents needed for it to be lifted. I have a couple of questions regarding the limitation and the documents needed along with a transfer problem.
Account Limitation questions:
1. I've already read through the help center regarding Account Limitations. It said that there is a limit to the amount to be withdrawn but I cannot seem to do a Paypal cash-in to a local remittance (G-cash). Can you confirm the specific amount limitations when account is placed on limitation?
2. Due to account limitations, I am not able to transfer money from Paypal to Paypal for some reason. Can you confirm if this one is limited as well?
Questions regarding documents needed for Account Limitation:
1. Paypal requires Driver's license, Passport and National ID to get the limitations lifted. Sadly, our country doesn't have a National ID yet. My Passport recently expired (but was still updated on my Paypal profile) and I don't have any Driver's license. Does Paypal require other documents aside from those three?
2. Paypal requires billing address as well. Although, I live with my parents and all billing addresses are under their name. How can this be explained? Are there any other documents needed aside from that or a way to let Paypal know that I don't have any under my name?
I am more than willing to wait for a response. Thanks.
