Item received was not as described. Offered a full refund on return of item. I need company to pick up the item as its a queen size mattress topper which I cannot find a large enough box to ship. It arrived vacuum packed and I do not have a vacuum packer. I cannot reach customer service. This back and forth has been gong on with the seller fro weeks. They demand I post it to them but I want them to pick it up as its impossible for me to send.
