This Morning someone tried to used my PayPal Card to purchase concert tickets twice. I have went through the whole steps as in going to the resolution center, clicking on report a problem, click on activity purchase, continue and then it just says unable to process request. I don't know what to do to open a claim on these unauthorized charges. I have already canceled my current card and ordered a new one. Please can you help me out?
Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
