We no longer use PayPal for our business but I’ve been unable to close our account due to a problem with the account that has to be resolved first. I have provided the required documents in order to resolve the issue but no response from PayPal as yet.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
