My account was used without my permission. I tried to get the issue resolved through the PP channels BUT PP still insisted that I authorized the use. Purchase was made on Ebay, and shipped to some mini warehouse in DE. Not my address, I live in Louisiana. Researching the address I see other people have said the same thing but PP still says I made the purchase. Trying to get this resolved I just keep going around in circles getting messages say basically "sorry this action cannot be completed now" BTW this is not the first time my PP account has been used for this. Twice in the last 2-3 months before now. How can this be resolved. I'd like to stay a PP customer but cannot if they allow this abuse to continue without being addressed. At this point I feel like PP does not care or is part of the unauthorized use
