Unauthorised Payments from Nintendo Account

I opened an unauthorized payment case for nine transactions, amounting to USD500 to Nintendo.  I was informed that "We've completed our review of your unauthorized activity case, and we've determined there was no unauthorized use." Also, I never received any confirmation emails from PayPal, or else I would have made an alert earlier.  

 

How could this be, as I never made or benefitted from these transactions?  What shall I do next?
