hi , i was using paypal for business, and today morning when i wake up i got the notification that , there is a out of payment from my paypal account, and i really got shocked that how my paypal got hacked. and even i dont know who is the seller ,and how without me, the transaction is completed from my debit card added in paypal account. i go to resolution center and they said that payment was not authorised, and now i cant re open the case. kindly help me please to get the refund of my payment,also i get a mail that "
