I dnt have all documents to verify identity so i was never able to accept the 500 that was sent to me so i just refunded it does it go back to sender automatically

Yes it will, tho there is a specific time frame depends on what funding source is being used, If it is a bank account, normally it will take 3-5 business days, for credit cards this might take 3-6 business days or 1 billing cycle depends on the financial institution you have.
