Dear PayPal Community
I stopped using my account a couple of years back. Now I am requiring to use it again but I am having a limitation, so I cannot receive, send, transfer money or even updating my address.
In the mean time my address has changed, but I am unable to update now due to the limitation. I have also submitted my full bank statement as proof of address, but for some reason it was not accepted as a Proof of Address (even though this bank account is the one I have linked to my account). However, the section of Resolve Limitation says that part of Upload new Proof of Address is completed, and therefore I cannot add any other document even though it was not accepted.
Kindly help me to regain full access to my account
