Dispute with resolution centre and nothing is happening? Understandable that items paid for have lengthy delivery times. But using paypal usually set mind at ease knowing that if theres a problem and items bot delivered they will chase and guarantee our money is safe.... execting deluvery in may.....still not delivered not tracking details and no refund? How long am 8 supposed to wait... line for paypal goes dead everytime i ring it too?
