Unable to chage name and account limited

Hi there,

I need to upload a bill for proof of address but it keeps getting rejected because the name on the bill does not match the PayPal account name.

I checked the account name, there is a mistake, I'm unable to change it.

There is an option to send documentation to PayPal, I've done that, I've uploaded my ID document and my Passport.

I have not yet received a response from anyone at PayPal.

Someone, please help? Any ideas?
