For the past weeks I've been sending photos of my legal ID and it keeps on getting denied and I get an email telling me that the person checking it is unable to open the files and calls them PDF files even they are PNG's and I've been resending and doing multiple versions in this past week.
I've also sent a message to the Facebook support section and talked to the BOT and still no response.
