Un authorised transaction for Facebook Ads?

Today I received an email from Paypal stating that I had paid for Facebook Ads.  I have never ever authorised for Facebook to use paypal for any transactions...yet after contacting Paypal they say it was authorised so tough....yes a dispute is also in with Facebook....the money has gone to someone with this email address... <removed>

I'm sorry to hear you've run into some unrecognized activity on your account. If you need to report any unauthorized activity through your PayPal account, you can do so through our Resolution Center. Here's a great Help Center article that can guide you through that process: How do I report an unauthorized transaction or account activity?

If you do not see the transaction in your PayPal history, we recommend contacting your funding source to see what options you have to report that transaction.

There is clearly alot of suspicious activity going on involving PayPal...just google and see what has been happening....in reply JonK yes I have already put in a dispute with PayPal as I stated in my post...they (PayPal) appear to want to fob it off to 'the merchant'......this was disputed very quickly and yet no one wants to block this transaction....PayPal sucks big time.....
