A seller has messaged me outside of PayPal saying I need to stop my dispute on PayPal and then they will try to help resolve things??

Don't believe them, if you close your dispute then they will ignore you.

You would not be able to open a second dispute OR re-open the closed one.

If they want to resolve things then they can refund you whilst the dispute is ongoing and that will automatically close the dispute.

If not then escalate to a claim for paypal to help you with.

Thank you. I feel a little threatened by their messages. They won’t message me on PayPal Or return my emails. They have only just messaged me on Facebook messenger since I escalated the case with PayPal.
