A buyer has opened a dispute and escalated it to PayPal how can I upload my proof of postage as it's an imagine not a tracking number, there is no option for my to send it through the dispute is there an email address for PayPal or some way I can send this proof to PayPal before the dispute is closed

If the buyer has opened a dispute for non receipt of item then if you don't have trackable proof of delivery of the item to the buyer then you will lose.
Proof of posting just proves you posted it and does not prove the buyer received it so you should issue a refund.
Advice is voluntary.
