Can I still receive a refund even though my account has been restricted?

Hi all I recently had my account restricted/deactivated as I was under 18 when I made it. Just wondering, I have an item I would like a refund on that I paid for using paypal. Can I still send it and get the refund back to my account? Bit worried as the email said I can no longer send or receive money on this account. If so what are my options. Thanks

If you funded your paypal payment via a card then it should automatically go back to that card and not your paypal balance so you 'should' be ok.

But if you want to double check give customer services a call first.
