First one- opened a dispute with seller for goods ordered- set of pans, never received, seller finally emailed and requested 20 days to sort it out and Paypal said they had opened the dispute- this is still ongoing. Last week a pair of plastic yellow sunglasses were delivered from an address in China- not what I wanted or ordered. Where do i go from here?
Second problem and I am unable to open a dispute, on any of these, three in total for non delivery of goods, as according to Paypal refunds have been sent- some 12 weeks later the three refunds have not been put into my account totally around £21.00 in three transactions. Impossible to talk to anyone at Paypal. How do I get the refunds paid?
