I have tried and tried to remove limitations on my account. They ask for specific documents that I have scanned into my computer into .pdf files. When I try to upload these files they are rejected. What do I do?
I am trying to resolve a dispute. I have been ill with Covid19 for the past several months and have not checked my account. I recently did and found that the dispute was "closed" without allowing me to present my evidence that was scammed by the person who took my money but did not perform the services that I had paid for.
If anyone can help I would be most appreciative. Customer support has not responded, although I have tried to contact them multiple times.
