My 14yr old son set up an account and paid himself £400 from my account to his. Discovered after £200 had been forwarded . Reported to PayPal on phone and no-one in any customer service want or say they can't help. My son's account was frozen requiring details such as bank account details etc which he doesn't have. Therefore my account is o/d by £200 and need that money to be transferred back to my account to clear. WHO can resolve this as PayPal customer services say they CANNOT. Help very disillusioned account holder.
