I have a buyer in Britain disputing "as described" cars and parts he bought from Me. I have shipped everything and he will not respond to my emails but his bank took some money back so PayPal charged it back to me while they say it is being resolved.
It is a large amount I can't pay so now PayPal is collecting from Me. For the life of Me, I can not get anybody at PayPal to interact with Me. I am so disappointed.
Does anyone know if I can transfer that to my credit account. for that matter, can anybody give me advise on the claim since I have not been allowed to defend my self not will the buyer respond to me. I have proof that he received it and was not disappointed at time of receipt. Am I **bleep** because of the International transaction?
