I have been trying to chase about some issues that have been happening on my paypal account. One of them being 2 people now want refunds as soon as I have sent the product because their accounts have apparently been hacked. i have contacted Ebay about this and they said activity on their account is fine. Another thing is a £33.68 payment was declined by you when i wanted to withdraw it in my account. Another thing is my account has now gone into negative figures and that is for what reason?
There is no part of communication from your end. No response from the message centre or from calling you up.
Please can you get back ASAP as i have lost a lot of money due to your incompetence.
