I can’t see messages in the iPad paypal app. Just the titles. My account is limited. It took a day to find out why. I had to send my drivers licence. They received it but want more ID and I can’t find an address to send it to.
When I eventually get a human on the phone their English is so heavily accented that it is unintelligible.
eBay says I cant do business without paypal. After all these years I think I have to give up. Does anyone know how to contact someone at Paypal who speaks English as a first language?
