Ticket scammed

I purchased concert tickets online, at least I thought I was, never done this, never will do it again.

Picked good seats, wrote down the seats and area, Section: level 1 103 Row G

when I was done I was given,

         Section: level 1 119 Row G

Then I was emailed that they did not have the tickets, but they were going to get them.
“We were unable to load your receipt, but your order has been placed.”

I was given a order no.  told I will receive an email shortly with further instructions.
That did not happen.  On the bottom of an email it said: Remember, all sales are final… I did not see this until I paid..

No receipt No tickets Wrong seating if there was tickets.

Called contact phone no’s, no answer.

Emailed the 2 addresses online, didn’t go through, no contact

One of the Email addresses starts with PayPal

Filed dispute, wait, wait til sellers respond.

I paid good $ for an expensive lesson, scammers make good money on trusting people.

Lesson learned!

Did you pay using goods/services and not friends/family?

Did you open a dispute for non receipt of item?

Did you escalate to a claim?

Is the claim ongoing or have paypal made a decision?

Has the seller provided any tracking numbers?

If you want to get advice you need to supply information.

My purchase was not to family/ friends I Opened a dispute for non receipt of item I have opened a dispute I escalated to a claim The claim is ongoing PayPal awaiting response from seller’s. I received no tracking number. - Red flags, -Clicked purchase then it was a different seller on my transaction, “thank you for your order” -The seating I was getting is not what I chose. -First number I called, recording, in another language. -Next time I called number there was no answer, no contact info., no voicemail. -Email addy, no such thing? -One message I received “I don’t have the tickets, I will let you know when I get them. I think I have donated $$$$ into someone’s tips jar. I’ve read several stories exactly like mine, same online purchase, with no $$, no tickets. I told PayPal I want my money back. 1st and last time, I’ve learned a very expensive lesson.
