Happened to me as well and many others if you read their reviews - buyers order any item that they sell and then receive cheap pink kids pool float (can be bought at Walmart for under $5 USD). When you dispute the seller offers 45% refund then 55% and finally 65% before telling you to dispute to PayPal where PayPal protects them and says that you have to return the item to China first before them having to refund your money .... complete SCAM and what's worse is that PayPal is helping them **bleep** their own buyers.
PayPal is well aware of this scam and, in fact, there are other ones just like it out there also powered (aided and abetted) by PayPal. I’ve been disputing it for months, can’t upload photos, no live agents to talk to, and now they say I have to file a complaint with the FBI before I can go any further!!!
Same thing happen to me & then I refuse 40% refund They say mail back will send postage paid label they don't n paypal closes case due to date opened and I lose my money unreal.
