This cant be good

Hi All,

Ive been selling on ebay for more then 15 years and using PayPal almost as long. I have 98% + feedback (got my first negative the other day, miscommunication, settled) With no warning this happened.

After a review, we've decided to permanently limited your account due to potential risk. You’ll not ...

I cant get anyone from PayPal to talk to me. This is completely out of left field. Is this normal? can this be fixed? could use some help.

You can't use PayPal anymore

At PayPal, we value a safe community for our customers to do business. We noticed activity in your account that’s inconsistent with our User Agreement and we no longer offer you PayPal services.

Any bank or credit card information linked to your PayPal account cannot be removed nor can it be used to create a new account. You can still log in and see your account information but you can’t send or receive money. Any money in your balance will be held for 180 days, after which we’ll send you an email with instructions about transferring your money.

Contact customer service for assistance and have them review your account:

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Sadly thats a permanent ban and contacting customer services won't help.

They don't give reasons and just direct you to their acceptable useage policy.
