They've FAILED. Said I can't use Paypal anymore, permanently suspended. I've sent ID, no reply.

Have been communicating with PayPal recently - they want my ID to price I am the owner of my money.

I have used Paypal for 15 years. FIFTEEN YEARS.

Recently, new security measures made them ask me to prove my ID.

 

They ask for ID, I sent Govt. ID.

They said a green card is not govt. ID. 

Uhm, Yes it is.

 

Regardless, each time I receive another message, I comply and send all the ID they ask for. 

I have message contact during this last year. THe agent EACH TIME tells me to send my ID which I do.

Wait a week, then another email saying "your ID doesn't suit us, send more info".

 

 

I ask the message assistant to tell me what other info they need.

Never receive any email to say what they need.

 

I have not been able to access MY MONEY for over a year now.

 

The back and forth communication in my messages box is now a joke. Someone called Kris tells me to wait. The next person tells me my ID is not govt ID.

 

So, with no email ever, telling WHICH additional info they need, I send them everything I think they MIGHT need - passport, address, everything.

 

 

Today got an email saying "You will not be able to use PayPal anymore, and this is permanent."

 

**bleep** Paypal.

 

Give me either my account back or my money and I don't want to wait 18- days for my money you thieving **bleep**.

 

Someone please post this sad pathetic excuse of a complaint on SM somewhere, and sent to the **bleep** CEO of **bleep** PayPal.
