Hello there! verified my account as I have been asked to, but this message pop up when I try to withdraw my money form Paypal. There is no reply from Paypal staff as you know. So please, I need communities help!

Have you withdrawn funds before?
Are you withdrawing to a bank account or debit card?
What error message are you getting?
Have you verified / confirmed your bank account?
Are the funds cleared and not pending?
Are the funds in your countries currency?
Is the bank account in exactly the same name as your paypal account name?
Is any debit cards billing address the same as your paypal account address?
Have you tried withdrawing via the app?
Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...
1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

Have you withdrawn funds before? Yes! But this amount is bigger.
Are you withdrawing to a bank account or debit card? Yes.
What error message are you getting? "Can't add card" - "Contact Paypal" "There is an issue with your account"
Have you verified / confirmed your bank account? Yes.
Are the funds cleared and not pending? Funds are in Paypal.
Are the funds in your countries currency? I see them as my currency.
Is the bank account in exactly the same name as your PayPal account name? Yes.
Is any debit cards billing address the same as your PayPal account address? Yes.
Have you tried withdrawing via the app? Yes.
Will try to contact them via social media. Fb chat bot said they are not available at moment.
