I was notified by Paypal of a dispute and clicked on the link. It asked to click respond and I did so and wrote that I have already refunded the buyer in full + a bit more and now I get an email from Paypal saying they did not hear from me and are refunding the money - What the?
How cheated and ripped off and I feeling right now...…….
Its almost impossible to contact them and when you do message they just keep you going around in circles with their links.
How do I stop the incompetence of PayPal from double dipping when I have already done the right thing by the buyer. Disgusting!
