Temporary Limited

Why my account suddenly turn in to temporary limited? I don't know what did I do I just accept payments from my client then thats it it become limited for no reason. I accept only 5 to 25 usd per commissions and 60 usd was the largest amount i receive from my client. Please someone help me. Im a student only so i dont have much ID's

I only discovered today that the same thing has happened to me. (yes I didn't read the email)

But, I changed my account from personal to business and now I am wondering if that is the reason. 

FYI the transactions in question were actually made from my husband to my Paypal as well as from my own bank account to Paypal !

I am so confused.
