Hi everyone,
I am currently disputing a charge with a seller and they are frequently sending me texts that that have spoken with a "PayPal" supervisor and are insistent on sending me something despite myself not receiving any notification of any sort from PayPal. I was on the market for a new graphics card before this fiasco, but am I safer to assume more than anything this is a scam?
PayPal is always good about notifying me and I haven't even responded to the guy yet since nothing in my resolution center claim confirms anything he is trying to say. Trying to take the safest route possible and any input on this scenario would be appreciated.
