I have been unable to transfer my money after my account was terminated due to some breach of user agreement. I have no clue what I've done, when I tried to contact them I ended up being scammed by people from india, that tried to take my money, but due to the limitations they couldn't not. Haha Anyways..I had their ip address and phone number, and pay pal never responded. 180 days came and went, now it's been 389 days No resolution. Its Impossible to keep my money due to chargebacks or anything of the sort because the time to have done so is expired. This is such **bleep**.
