Suspended Account

Paypal asked me for some identification and suspended my account until i upload ID and bank statements, i uploaded the files and some days later when i enter the account it says they can't continue to work with me and so on...

WHAT THE <removed>.... i never did anything weird just send some money to friends and buy some things online why the hell would paypal terminate my account after they ask me for ID and bank statement, i send those things and they close the account ? Can someone help me it must be a mistake

Hello. I got an email saying it was from PayPal stating that my account has been temporarily suspended due to suspicious activity from Japan.  I went to the official PayPal site and see no evidence of my account being suspended for any reason.  I don't know how to let PP know about this because the text option is useless in this situation.  Is this spam? malware? I don't think it's good.
