I’ve used my pay pal account for 3 months and suddenly it’s shut down. Not explanation or reason and my money is locked up for 6 months?! How is this legal. They cannot give me the reason they chose to close my account without any warning. No one answers the phone either. This cannot be legal and the lack of explanation is unacceptable.
