I was looking into the PayPal Community and found no deliveries from Strong Current Enterprises back to Feb 2018. How long does this scam have to go before PayPal blocks this thieving seller.
Trouble is that there could be 500 folks posting thread on this forum about this company for non receipt of item OR not as described BUT there could well be 5 million happy customers that of course do not post threads or complain so in that case paypal would not do anything about it.
You have some paypal buyer protection AND always back your purchase via a credit card and that gives you an extra layer of protection.

I've been a customer with them once and in all fairness, I received my order although I had to send it back because it didn't work for me. I received a refund a couple of weeks after. They key is to contact the company's customer service either via email, phone, or social media. With the many orders they are receiving, I don't think they would be able to proactively reach out to their customers one by one to check if orders have been received.
