Yeah - PayPal thinks it's funny to do business with entities that REFUSE to give THEM any contact information.  It think they won't find it funny in the end.  I've been through ALL the same things your have - goggling contact into, sending repeated emails, etc.  NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER.

The company is to total rip off. They took my money via PayPal right away and I never heard a word from them. Only after filing a claim through PayPal do I get an e-mail from the company apologizing for the delay and saying they would give me a 10 % reduction in the original price for the items purchased for my inconvenience they also claimed that they would be shipped soon. They gave no additional shipping information. I Waited for several more weeks and finally made a claim again through PayPal and the very next day I get two e-mails from the company saying my two items had been shipped with a tracking number attached. Checking tracking number with several shipping companies and they all state they have no tracking number on file. Just another scam from the company. Please avoid having anything to do with this company, they are a total fraud!

They don’t respond and when you file a dispute the respond and say you must return in 30 days of receipt then won’t answer another message from you indicating that they wouldn’t respond until the 30 days was up. I asked to make sure I could get my refund because they didn’t respond but would never answer. I escalated the claim and then 24 days later they say to send it back to a China address instead of the New Jersey address and after they receive say they have received it back PayPal will issue a refund.  I don’t believe or trust them.  I will be more careful not to order merchandise from China.  This company is a rip off

I can't say I made a purchase because I never it submit. Put products in my cart and then boom it's order complete. I immediately filed a claim with PayPal and they closed my case without hearing me. Now a month and half later still no products. I sent PayPal a message and they would not even review it saying 1st case was closed. The company Strong Enterprise will not respond either. I feel I was PayPal responsibility to keep me safe after I trusted to use their site and they pay my concerns no mind. I'm **bleep** right now. PayPal customer service is a joke. I would rather risk my card being hacked then to use PayPal services again.

PAYPAL DOESN'T GIVE A FLIP.  MY ADVICE IS TO CAREFULLY DOCUMENT, BY DATE, TIME AND PERSON WITH WHOM YOU SPOKE, AND SEND IT VIA CERTIFIED LETTER, RETURN RECEIPT PAID, TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IN YOUR STATE.  THIS OFFICE COLLECTS SUCH CASES AND LOOKS TA COMPANIES LIKE PAYPAL TO SEE IF THEY OFFER A SATISFACTORY AND TIMELY RESOLUTION.  IT IS UNLIKELY, FROM MY RESEARCH INTO THIS COMPANY THAT PAYPAL CONTINUES TO DO BUSINESS WITH (KNOWING THAT THEY REFUSE TO LIST LEGITIMATE CONTACT INFORMATION), THAT YOUR ATTORNEY GENERAL WILL HAVE EVEN AS MUCH SENSE OF HUMOR ABOUT THIS AS I DO.

 

DO NOT GIVE UP:  YOU HAVE TO ACT LITTLE A LITTLE RABID DOG WITH A LEG BONE (LEG BONE OF PAYPAL, IN THIS CASE), IN ORDER TO GET FAIR TREATMENT.  IF YOU DON'T DO IT, IT JUST EMBOLDENS PAYPAL AND THE NEXT CROOK COMPANY TO CONTINUE THIS BEHAVIOR.  WE ALL HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP THE MARKETPLACE SAFE FROM THIS GARBAGE.

You are describing a new method of ripping off the consumer who had never actually PLACED the order. Do what I did: call the credit card vinous for dispute it describing EXACTLY what you wrote here. I did, and when you receive the refund, know that the unscrupulous merchant also receives a chargeback fee for it’s fraudulent behaviour. Then BLOG about it, and WRITE your experience EVERYWHERE YOU CAN FIND to do so. Other people really do appreciate being saved from this trouble, it will make you feel better, and it will destroy the company if enough people do it in the free marketplace.

hI.

Think I have been very lucky, I received the scope and camera clip. Neither were any good.

Sent message via PayPal, to slow , so went to FB and had a message with in minutes. Firstly offering a further  20 % discount. Refused and asked for the address. Second message gave address in the Netherlands. The seller was quite helpful, which in reading the posts on here I was extremely lucky.

Packed up goods returned, received shipping costs back from PayPal, then did claim for the goods. All excepted and refunds made.

Saw another add the other day on FB and wrote not to bother with the seller.
