I had an incident this Spring where PayPal seems to have arbitrarily decided to charge my bank account the total of a sale EVEN THOUGH I CHOSE PAYPAL CREDIT! !!! I lodged a complaint, and, as usual for them, they randomly and arbitrarily settled it in their favor instead of mine, with NO EXPLANATION WHATSOEVER. HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS EXPERIENCE? If so, did you get satisfaction, and how, please? I'll appreciate your advice and information. THEY ARE UTTERLY AND COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE, AND ARBITRARILY JUST DO AS THEY PLEASE. I DON'T LIKE BEING BULLIED, so I am no longer using PayPal for anything major. Their "customer service" "people" are a JOKE! Any mature adult can understand a reasonable explanation, if spoken in ENGLISH!!! (which is rare-to-impossible at this joke of an organization). What I refuse to accept is no explanation whatsoever and complete unresponsiveness. I don't reward companies for doing a bad job by giving them further business. I'd like to get a reading on how others out there feel about this practice. Thanks.
