Someone take control my account and i want to delete that account.

Hello,

 I would like to delete my old account, but last time i check someone has taking  and change my information.

 Is there anyway for me to do ?

Contact customer service for assistance:

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US and select the PAYPAL GUEST option since you are locked out of that account.
