Hello,
I sold a purse to a buyer via Paypal invoice. She was happy with the purse, but did note that the zippy was getting stuck very easily.
She is right, I don't deny that the zipper is tough. I bought it that way, and I forgot to disclose it.
Now she said she wants a full refund because I didn't disclose it.
I honestly think she's having buyers remorse.
I did suggest she use something on the zipper and she said she didn't want to, she wants a refund.
Can someone please tell me my rights as a seller? Do I have to accept the return because I didn't describe the zipper nor did I say it got stuck easily? The rest of the bag is in the exact condition as shown in the pictures and as described.
